NVIDIA Tegra Microprocessor
It has been officially announced that Microsoft’s Portable Media Player (PMP) Zune HD is going to be powered by NVIDIA’s Tegra Processor. Zune products are the product line of Microsoft’s portable media players. NVIDIA claims that this tegra processor will give zune players with exceptional media capacities. Zune HD of Microsoft is the first ever PMP to have a set of HD specifications such as OLED touch screen, Internet browsing in available full screen, HD compatible video playing , etc in a single media player. Zune HD also has HD radio and Wi-fi all combined in one player. One of the added advantage of this Zune HD is that it provides players with longer battery life. Users of Zune HD with Tegra processor will be much pleased with its new stylish design, amazing multimedia capabilities and services and an excellent HD video output. Eight independent processors constitute the NVIDIA’s Tegra Processor. Some of the processors are audio processor, HD video processor, two arm core processor, graphic processors and more. These processors works to provide excellent HD visual experience than any other PMP’s. These processors are designed in such a way to conserve energy that they work either independently or combined to save as much energy as possible. Tegra processor also includes nvidia’s nPower technology for energy conservation. So Tegra processor is designed to provide very high quality with less consumption of energy. Asus Disney Netpal Netbook
Disney and Asus are finally releasing Disney Netpal Netbook that are exclusively designed for children. Children will be having much fun after the release of Dell Inspiron mini Nickelodeon Edition and Disney Netpal Netbook as both these products are designed by keeping in mind the needs of the children and also the parental needs. Disney Netpal Netbook comes in two colors that will be much attractive to the kids. Magic Blue and Princess pink are the versions. According to Disney boys will be choosing the Magic Blue and the girls with Princess Pink. Disney Netpal Netbook provides the children with safety internet browsing, many fun related applications, innovative applications with robust safety measures. Though this is designed for children it has a lot more capability. Disney Netpal Netbook’s specifications are that it contains 1.6Ghz Intel Atom N270 CPU with 160 GB hard disk or 16 GB SSD. Thus providing the kids with a huge storage space for storing their datas such as pictures, music, games, movies, etc. One of the much needed feature of Disney Netpal Netbook is that its “ spill proof ” so that it protects it against any liquid spilling. Casio’s Exilim EX- Z450 and EX-Z90
After the success of Casio Exilim EX-H10, Casio is introducing two more cameras in the same model series named Casio’s Exilim EX- Z450 and EX-Z90. These two cameras will be released for usage at October. Casio claims that the most highlighting feature of these two cameras apart from EX-H10 is that it possess Intelligent Auto Focus technology. This Intelligent Auto Focus technology detects non human photos with the human photos. Along with this AF feature it also includes Dynamic Photo feature. This dynamic feature provides the users with the option for cutting a part of a picture and then pasting it in to another picture with very easy steps to do. Both these cameras have 12.1 MP lens. Casio Exilim Ex-Z450 is equipped with 28 mm wide angle lens. Other features of EX-Z450 are 4x optical zoom, 3 inch LCD screen for display, extended life for battery and sensor shift image stabilization. The handheld mode feature of EX-Z450 is used to reduce the motion blur and shaking outputs. Whereas EX-Z90 comes in three different colors as silver, pink and black. EX-Z90 is equipped with 2.7 inch LCD display and 3x optical zoom capability. This camera offers optical image stabilization and it has a normal battery life when comparing to EX-Z450. So on comparing Casio’s Exilim EX- Z450 and EX-Z90 cameras we can see that EX-Z450 has advanced features than EX-Z90 camera so Casio’s Exilim EX- Z450 costs about 200$ and Casio’s Exilim EX-Z90 cost about 150$ which is quite obvious from its less features when compared to EX-Z450.
NEC SX-9 Fastest Supercomputer
NEC has recently introduced the fastest super computer named NEC SX-9. After the show casing of NEC SX-9, even the leading computer manufacturers are so much surprised by NEC SX-9 that it is claimed as the fastest super computer that is made till now. NEC is a Multinational Company, NEC’s actual name was Nippon Electric Company, Limited. Though Super computers are not used as normal computers they are used for advanced research activities and situations involving tremendous calculation speed solutions in seconds. So super computers are not considered as normal customer products they are mostly used in government services like Advanced research, Space science, Virtual simulations, meteorological, geographical calculations, etc. Teraflop is a unit that stands for trillion calculations per second. NEC claims that NEC SX-9 Supercomputer can provide speeds up to 839 teraflops which implies that NEC SX-9 will be the fastest supercomputer ever made. NEC SX-9 has a predecessor model named NEC SX-8 but the current version is approx. 13 times faster than the old version and NEC SX-9 is more energy efficient than any other supercomputer. With such high speed and astounding performance of this supercomputer it offers an additional advantage that it is very compact in size. It more or less resembles an instant passport photo booth for its size and it rents around 26,000$ for a month.
Acer Predator ASG7710-A41
Acer is well known for its products in Laptops, Desktops and Personal Digital Assistants (PDA). Acer is the third largest computer manufacturer after HP and Dell. Acer has introduced Acer Predator ASG7710-A41 which is a new version of its predator desktop gaming PC. Acer Predator ASG7710-A41 at present is available only in Japan but it will be soon launched in USA. This Acer Predator ASG7710-A41 is now available only in orange color and it more or less looks like an alien robot from transformers movies. This is said to be compete equivalent to Alienware area 51 ALX. This desktop PC comes with Acer’s G15 keyboard and mouse G9. This new version of predator desktop is equipped with Intel’s 3.06Ghz Core processor. Some of the sensational features of this Acer Predator ASG7710-A41 is that it provides a maximum of 12GB DDR3 RAM and provides 1GB Nvidia GeForce graphic card for the enhanced output display.
